- 1 slice vegan cheese cheddar or mozzarella alternative
- 1 vegan sausage patty or 1/4 cup tofu scramble
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 handful fresh spinach or arugula
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo or hummus
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Base: Toast your bagel, English muffin, or bread until golden and crisp.
