- 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 large bell peppers sliced red and green
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes for spice optional
Sear beef in a skillet; transfer to crockpot.
Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and beef broth. Pour over beef.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving to thicken sauce.
Serve over rice or noodles.
