Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 large bell peppers sliced red and green
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes for spice optional

Instructions
 

  • Sear beef in a skillet; transfer to crockpot.
  • Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and beef broth. Pour over beef.

  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving to thicken sauce.
